Spoken advice only feels natural when it’s instant. The brief here was a voice assistant that answers in the moment, fast enough to feel like a conversation, accurate enough to trust.
The challenge
People asking for guidance don’t want to wait, and they don’t want generic answers. The system had to be both quick and grounded in credible sources.
What we built
A real-time conversational stack tuned for low latency and trustworthy answers:
- Low-latency voice pipeline for natural, back-and-forth conversation.
- A Pinecone vector database of vetted, expert-backed material for grounded responses.
- Live search via Perplexity to pull in current information when it’s needed.
The outcome
Immediate, expert-backed guidance delivered by voice, answers that arrive at the speed of a real conversation.
